What sets Prophecy apart? First off, Jeff Savage is curating the drink program as their Beverage Director. To say Jeff knows his cocktails would be an understatement – we're talking top bartender in Canada kind of know-how. We’ve enjoyed some of Jeff’s iconic cocktails, and this new menu he’s planning will undoubtedly be brimming with creativity, delightful flavours, and awe-inspiring presentations.

Chambar: 20 Years and Still the Place to Be

Chambar is celebrating its 20th anniversary and is throwing back to the start with some of its original dishes at 2004 prices. This place has been a staple for a reason: it’s all about fine dining without the fuss. The anniversary menu is a trip down memory lane with dishes that showcase its blend of Belgian, North African, and Middle Eastern flavours.
