Chinese New Year in Vancouver

The 9 images show a transition through time from dawn to midnight.
We start with the Super Blue Moon which was a spectacular sight to welcome the New Year. The second picture is of the sunrise in China Town. We follow this with a morning shot of last week’s snowfall from Stanley Park and then the famous China town entrance in the afternoon. The fifty picture transitions a cloudy day to a sunny one as the sun makes its way out of the clouds to prepare for a gorgeous sunset. As the afternoon draws to an end we look up from Pacific centre and see the lanterns hanging from the ceiling. The seventh picture goes to the sunset a few days before Chinese New Year, it was the most remarkable sunset I seen in Vancouver up to date. And finally we end with 2 firework shots to welcome the New Year.
