HOME RECIPE || Thirst-Quenching Mango, White Chocolate, and Pistachio Ice Pops to Beat the Summer Heat

It’s HOT in here! If the summer heat is on your mind and you are looking for a way to quench your thirst with a tangy, sweet treat, this easy recipe will have you serving up ice-cold popsicles in no time!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes

  • orange juice

  • coconut water

  • ice pop moulds

  • ice pop wooden sticks

  • white chocolate

  • pistachios (or almonds)

Instructions

  1. Peel ripe mangoes and blend in a mixer

  2. If the mixture is too thick, add orange juice or coconut water

  3. Pour mixture into ice lollipop moulds and add a wooden stick and let it set in the refrigerator

  4. As you are waiting for the ice pops to set, place white chocolate into a bowl and place this bowl into another larger bowl of warm water to melt.

  5. Remove ice pops and drizzle warm white chocolate

  6. Sprinkle pistachios on top quickly before the chocolate hardens to ensures it sticks.
