The Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival is the celebration of spring and is one of the most awaited festivals. Several establishments around the city have already procured unique menus to help us capture this beauty in our own little experience time capsule.

Winston
Winston will be celebrating the arrival of Cherry Blossom Festival with a specially designed cocktail.
Featuring: Sakura, Strawberry gin base, Maraschino liqueur and lemon. Spritz of rose water.
This will be available from April 1st to 3rd for $14 each.
The Victor
The Victor will be celebrating the arrival of spring with a menu inspired by Vancouver’s marvelous Spring bloom, the Cherry Blossom! Enjoy the curated spring menu after an afternoon of admiring beautiful nature.
Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market
Celebrate the Cherry Blossom Festival with Fanny Bay’s curated Sake-Ra.
Featuring: Bombay Gin, Momokawa Sake, Maraschino Liquor and fresh lime
The cocktail pairs perfectly with Fanny Bay’s fresh oysters and Chef Tommy’s new Spring menu items.
Available for the month of April.
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts
To celebrate the spring season, Chef-Instructor Julien Salomoni has created a beautiful cherry blossom tartlet featuring almond cream and cherry compote with mascarpone vanilla Chantilly, topped with a pink caramel choux puff filled with almond cream.
Available at Blue Hat Cafe-Bakery for the month of April
Parq Vancouver
To celebrate this blooming season, Parq Vancouver has set up unique Cherry Blossom decorations. The Spring into Cash promotion will also be happening from April 1 to 30th, with a grand prize of $25,000.
