We opted to settle into our 3-course Prime Rib Sunday meal with a glass of champagne. Seated in a cozy corner overlooking the central bar, we observed the sophisticated yet approachable dining atmosphere where friends and family were happy to catch up over a scrumptious meal.

Another detail of the interiors at Black+Blue is its glass meat storage space located on the ground floor next to the bar. The back wall of the storage space is made of Pink Himalayan Salt to help with the aging process of the meat. This design element displays the premium quality meats available on the menu and definitely attracts those looking for an Instagram-worthy capture.

After a tour of the dining room, it’s time to settle into the Prime Rib Sunday 3-course meal. Enjoy a creamy Caesar Salad tossed with garlic butter croutons and topped with Black+Blue’s signature parmesan dressing.

Pair your prime rib with a red wine from the restaurant’s extensive collection

Now is the perfect time to take a final sip of your champagne and move on to a red wine from the restaurant’s extensive wine list to compliment your 12 oz Slow Roasted Prime Rib served with seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding. Every bite of the prime rib is juicy and indulgent, with just the right amount of fat. The horseradish served with the prime rib balances out the flavour with its slightly sweet and spicy taste.

The final course is a slice of creamy and decadent New York Style Cheesecake topped with whipped cream and served with a sweet and tangy fruit compote.
