Completed in 2021, the single-story villa exemplifies functional design blended seamlessly with contemporary aesthetics.

The home unfolds across two distinct volumes, carefully structured to maximize comfort and utility. At its heart lies the social zone—a luminous, open-plan area where the living room and kitchen converge. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows bathe the space in natural light, offering uninterrupted views of the meticulously landscaped garden and inviting swimming pool.
