EBEN || Cozy Up in the Eben Armchair This Season With Its Colourful Hues and Woven Cane Fibres

Settle in and relax.

With the rainy and cold season upon us, cue the addition of hot drinks to our daily routine and an increase in time spent at home. We like to move our chairs next to the window and put our feet on the sill to watch the rain pitter-patter against the glass or take in the scene of people with umbrellas meandering the city streets below. Time spent in silence simply sitting in an armchair is therapeutic; rarely do we find time in our busy lives to be stationary. A comfortable seat is key to prolonging this peaceful moment.

The Eben armchair.

The Eben armchair, designed by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez for Désirée, stands out for its use of woven cane fibres. It is a new material for the Gruppo Euromobil brand: flexible, lightweight, and with a strong ecological footprint. The frame is made of natural or coal-grey coloured ash wood, and the gentle curvature of the backrest offers support and comfort.

Available with either a short or tall backrest, the chair, with its soft cushions, colourful hues, and design to embrace your posture, lends itself to an indoor or outdoor environment.

The only thing left to do is to figure out the best spot to people-watch.
